Introduction//簡介

Delone & Mclean[1]於1992年提出。整合自 1981年至1987年這段時期中多位學者發表於Management Science、 MIS Quarterly、Communication of the ACM、Decision Science、Information & Management、Journal of MIS、ICIS Proceeding等七種在資訊研究領域的著名期刊中的百餘篇實證研究，以 Mason 的影響理論(Influence Theory)[3]為基礎，對資訊系統成功提供更 多綜合性的觀點，並推導出成功資訊系統的六個構面及其間的關連性。這些構面包括了輸入構面的部分有二項:系統品質(System Quality)及資訊品質 (Information Quality) ， 輸出構面的部分有四項 : 使用(Use)、使用者滿意度 (User Satisfaction)、個人衝擊(Individual Impact)及組織衝擊(Organizational Impact)。
